The hotel offers spacious rooms filled with Austrian charm at no extra cost. The staff provides a mix of incredibly helpful and friendly service, although I had a negative encounter during breakfast. Its location, while not perfect for accessing some ski areas directly, is convenient with easy access to the ski bus station and other amenities. The dining experience varies from very good to limited options. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

The room was out of this world, very large, comfortable, and spacious with a large balcony. The beds were incredibly comfy, and it exuded lots of Austrian charm.
